Uncertainty in innovation can be linked with the inability of individuals and or teams to deal with anxiety of not knowing the solution. It appears that that majority of individuals participating in innovation activities often feel more comfortable when they have a solution in mind. Solution driven thinking is a key inhibitor of innovation outcomes.
